Quiche- Food tech

Today my buddy and I Tuakana baked Quiche, The first step we had to do was to fry the mince with the onions and vegetables in a pan with oil. The second step we had to do was to whisk 5 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk into a bowl, the third step was to cut out the pastry into 12 pieces and put it into the muffin tray, after all of that was done we had to pour in all the ingredients into the muffin tray, and place it into the oven.

Here is the final outcome of what our quiche looks like:

If you want to try and make quiche just follow these few steps:

  1.  Cut the pastry into 12 equal pieces.
  2. Paste into your muffin tray.
  3. Fry the mince with the onion.
  4. Add mix vegetables.
  5. Whisk 5 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk.
  6. Bake 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Now you can enjoy your quiche you made with you buddy.

Business

Sole trader, partnership and private limited company are the three types
of businesses we learnt about in class. A sole trader is the simplest form of
business structure and is relatively easy and inexpensive to set up,
A partnership is where 2 -20 people get together to form a business.
Private limited company
is owned by shareholders.

There are many businesses around our community,
and businesses that provide services like hairdressers,
and businesses that provide goods like Pak n Save,
it provides food (bread, meat,cheese).

Businesses are useful or important because they provide goods or

provide great services to customers. Businesses are also the means
by which many people get their jobs and a career for
themselves and it provides them money, food, and clothes to put on their kids.

Food Tech- Ham and Cheese Macaroni

Today in food tech we made ham and cheese macaroni.
We went through a lot of trouble making it because we didn’t know what to do.
My partner was Tuakana, and she was great to work with. If you want to make ham and cheese macaroni these are a few steps you have to do to make it:

  1. Boil macaroni with 3 cups of water.
  2. Drain in cold water.
  3. Make your white sauce-

  • 100g of butter fry it with onion
  • Add ½ cup of plain flour stir it for 3 minutes.
  • Add the milk and stir it until it is smooth.
  • Combine with macaroni, top up with cheese, bake for 15 minutes.

Here is a photo of our complete outcome of our ham and cheese macaroni:
